Empty rounds and meaningless damages

Here is a very interesting game to review (for multiple reasons). What do you think is the good play for me to do here ?

Futoshi - Shifou (opened) - Benicio - Zip
Mulligan (no bonus) - Chang - Komandon - Marjory

The answer is : Chang old.  That is the only possible play. Playing Marjory or Kommandon would be straight up troll. Mulligan could be a play, but when you look at my opponent cards : Mulligan on turn one would put me in an undesirable state with Chang beeing easy food for his Futoshi and Benicio.

Why 0 pillz exactly ? Because you don't want to win the round, or rather you shouldn't care to win it.
If you do the maths you will see that whoever wins two of the next three rounds wins the game.
The damages dealt by Shifou or Chang this round are meaningless.

I see many players tunnel vision on the round they are currently playing. What is important is how the four rounds play out. In what position does winning or loosing put you ? We can say this round is empty. Both players play a card to reduce the opponent's differencial, and the game is played in 3 rounds.
Urban rivals is a 'rock-paper-cissor', but sometimes there is only rock and cissor. Recognize those situations and do the only play allowed.

Thank you to coach Sebastien for proof reading.

PS : something I realized while talking with Sebastien : empty rounds favor Growth cards. Since this is where they are the weakest, skipping a round is beneficial. Against growth cards you want to put weight on the first rounds.
My opponent should have oppened Zip, Futoshi or Benicio instead ? Feel free to debate my opponent's opponening because I actually am not sure and very curious to know ^^
